    Wasdale is a nice part of the Lake District to walk in and especially in early spring quiet. This walk was a circular route around Mosedale and included going over Yewbarrow. I would recommend this route as long as you are happy on steeper terrain.

    The first weekend of March was the first annual meet for UoN Mountaineering. The club was formed by the merger of Explorers and MPS a few years ago, and so it was also a reunion for there members. I went on two walks, on the Saturday along High Street and the Sunday up Skiddaw.

    Despite the mixed forecast this weekend I went to the Lake District with five friends, we camped on the Friday night, walked on the Saturday before camping and then walk back on the Sunday.
